Orlando Baking Company is a family organization founded in Castel di Sangro, Italy, in 1872. This original bakery is still in operation today. In 1904, part of our family moved to Cleveland and re-established their Old World ways of baking European classics. Throughout the years, our company has expanded several times leading to today's state-of-the-art bakery, located on Cleveland's near east side. After five generations, we are proud to carry on the Orlando tradition of quality baking.

Orlando's True Grains Seed'licous bread is a health and wellness bread that contains probiotics which contributes to the health and balance of the digestive system. This bread is also made with whole wheat flour and contains no trans fat. True Grains Seed'licous bread is textured with flax seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and millet for added nutritional value.
