Tuna Walnut Sandwich
- 4 Orlando Italian Rolls sliced lengthwise
- 16 1/2 oz can chunk light tuna in water
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- In a large bowl, flake tuna with a fork.
- Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Combine with lettuce, cheddar cheese and walnuts.
- Divide evenly between rolls.
