The Ciabatta Club

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Ciabatta Rolls
  • 12 slices Genoa salami
  • 6 slices Bavarian ham
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • Pepper rings
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Italian salad dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice Ciabatta Rolls in half, lengthwise.
  2. Brush both halves with Italian dressing.
  3. Place 3 u2013 4 pepper rings on bottom half of roll.
  4. Fold 2 slices of Genoa salami over pepper rings.
  5. Fold 1 slice of Bavarian ham over salami.
  6. Add roasted red pepper.
  7. Place folded Provolone cheese on top.
  8. Place other half of roll on top.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes.
