The Ciabatta Club
INGREDIENTS
- 6 Ciabatta Rolls
- 12 slices Genoa salami
- 6 slices Bavarian ham
- 6 slices Provolone cheese
- Pepper rings
- Roasted red peppers
- Italian salad dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice Ciabatta Rolls in half, lengthwise.
- Brush both halves with Italian dressing.
- Place 3 u2013 4 pepper rings on bottom half of roll.
- Fold 2 slices of Genoa salami over pepper rings.
- Fold 1 slice of Bavarian ham over salami.
- Add roasted red pepper.
- Place folded Provolone cheese on top.
- Place other half of roll on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes.
