Tuna Walnut Sandwich

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Orlando Italian Rolls sliced lengthwise
  • 16 1/2 oz can chunk light tuna in water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, flake tuna with a fork.
  2. Blend in mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Combine with lettuce, cheddar cheese and walnuts.
  4. Divide evenly between rolls.
